A small business or charity often doesn’t have the budget for a big marketing campaign. But more importantly, it doesn’t have the budget for marketing mistakes, such as advertising that doesn’t pay off or an e-newsletter that doesn’t get read.
Quite a few people have told us that they don’t completely understand what marketing is. We also know that the word ‘brand’ can sound a bit pretentious. Like anything, if something isn’t your ‘bag’ then it can be confusing.
We don’t call ourselves ‘consultants’. That’s not just because it would make us sound expensive, when we are actually extremely affordable. It’s just that we think words like ‘advice’ and ‘help’ describe what we offer in plain English.
